Bollywood Production House – RisingSwell Productions.
Seeing a global opportunity in 2011, RisingSwell developed Bollywood Production House, RisingSwell Productions in Mumbai with Producer/ Managing Director Mr Rajesh Mukul. Rajesh will manage the production house, catering for co-productions between Australian and Indian Partners.
RisingSwell feature film, Colour of Fear (COF), will be the first co-production between the production houses in an aim to unite the Australian Film Industry (AFI) and Indian Motion Pictures Association (IMPA). COF will have 80% of production made in India and 20% in Australian shores.
Actor / Producer James Vegter believes that ‘if we can play cricket together in the IPL, then why can’t we play together in the filmmaking game.’

Through the fostering of cooperation and mutual understanding between nations, RisingSwell co-productions are set to become a catalyst model for future co-productions between Australia and India. Co-productions will open many doors for executives and actors involved, while strengthening inter-continental relations that will broaden and deepen the international film market and the ability of producers and distributors to expand their reach to under-exploited markets.
